It's a good idea to keep the 'theme of your site' in mind when choosing your domain name. Step three: Select a hosting service. Your website hosting is your web space that's connected to the internet. You can do a search on Google.com for 'website hosting services' and it will give you an extensive list of hosting services. Take your time to look at the plan and features that each one offers before making your decision. Step four: HTML for your site. HTML means hypertext markup language. HTML is basically a set of instructions that your computer understands/reads to build your webpage. An excellent website to learn all about HTML would be davesite.com. This site is awesome for beginners and it's also an interactive (hands-on) site. Step five: Content for your site. Be sure to provide good content for your visitors. Keep the content on your site accurate and updated. Offer your visitors useful information and help for their problems.
